After you login to your site using FTP open the folder entitled httpdocs. This is folder that is publicly accessible to the internet.
Login to the Plesk control panel using the instructions in your welcome email. At the bottom of the main screen you will see an button that says"Activate SiteStudio". Click that button and follow the instructions.
