FREE DOMAIN NAME
When a user signs up for the BaptistHost.net Unlimited Plan, BaptistHost.net will pay for the cost of their new domain name registration. BaptistHost.net will keep paying it every year, for as long as they are a continuous client, in good financial standing, and keep renewing their contract for web hosting service. (please see exclusion below) This only applies to domains with extensions .com, .biz, .info, .net, .org and .co.uk If the client decides to transfer an already registered domain name to BaptistHost.net's servers for use with the BaptistHost.net Unlimited Plan, then they are responsible for all Registrar fees for that domain.

Exclusion: BaptistHost.net registers all new domain names through wholesale domain name registrars. These domains then reside in a single account at the registrar and can therefore be renewed by BaptistHost.net as part of the service supplied. If a domain name is transferred from this account (either to another registrar or to another account at the wholesaler concerned) the domain name concerned is no longer eligible for free renewal by BaptistHost.net and all renewal fees become the responsibility of the customer at time of transfer.

Please Note: To register your domain quickly and keep prices to a minimum we bulk register domains. This means
that you will see BaptistHost.netdetails as the current domain name owner.

We will transfer ownership of the domain name to you when a request to do this is submitted on our online Helpdesk.** This enables some clients to remain anonymous owners of their domain name.

(** requests for transfer of domain ownership from ourselves to you the customer will only be accepted a minimum of 6 months after full payment has been made for the account concerned (initial order or renewal payment whichever has been most recently charged).

If you wish to request that the ownership details are updated then please submit a ticket to the DNS Changes category at our online helpdesk at http://www.baptisthost.net

Please submit the full new ownership details you would like listed and submit your ticket to the DNS Changes category.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you try our service for 30 days, stay within our terms and conditions stated here, and decide that it does not meet your needs within that amount of time, then all you have to do is cancel your hosting account before the 30th day and you will receive your hosting fee back.
This does not include the domain registration fee, though, as that is non-refundable since we can not get our money back from the registrar.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
BaptistHost.net reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes BaptistHost.net's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Customers may cancel their account at any time. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled. Customers may be given the option to purchase services which were offered as start-up incentives in the result of a cancellation. Fees charged on a prepay basis such as annual fees are non-refundable. Customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by BaptistHost.net and the customer has not contravened BaptistHost.net's terms of service.

In the event of a refund, US$16 is retained by BaptistHost.net to cover annual .com, .net, .org or .co.uk domain name expenses or US$32 to cover .biz .us or .info biannual domain expenses. If the customer opted for a free domain transfer upon signup then a US$10.00 service charge is retained by BaptistHost.net.

Chargebacks/Credit Card disputes
If you dispute the credit card charge that we charge for our services, we reserve the right to bring your web site / domain down as soon as we are informed of it. We are hurt by chargebacks. You may not understand what it does to a business when there are undeserved chargebacks on the record.

Domain Registration
This section applies to those domain names we have purchased on behalf of clients

1. Fees
As consideration for the domain name registration services provided by BaptistHost.net. You will be notified (by email only) when renewal fees are due or if you have a hosting package with us for that domain, your account will be automatically debited 15 days prior to it's renewal time to be sure it gets renewed, and it shall be your responsibility to ensure that such fees are paid. If you do not respond or pay within the specified time period for registrations or renewals or if you have the charges reversed on your credit card after ordering the domain (even though you ordered it), the ownership of the domain will transfer to BaptistHost.net. and will not be available for purchase. You agree that BaptistHost.net. shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to any such cancellation, and that BaptistHost.net. may cancel or reassign the domain name in the event of any delinquency or abuse of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any domain registration request at our discretion. All domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once the domain is ordered, we can not get your money back if you change your mind.

Agents

Client understands, acknowledges and agrees that by using the domain on or any service of Clean-Solutions.net, client ratifies and is bound by this Agreement even if an agent (such as a webmaster, ISP, or employee) entered into this Agreement on the client's behalf, and even if client has not itself read this Agreement. Further, client is responsible for all information submitted by its agent. Clean-Solutions.net(BaptistHost.net.) will not cancel this Agreement, or refund any fees paid to it, because of errors or omissions of the agent in the registration process (e.g., if such agent provides incorrect information) or because of errors or omissions in changes to Registrant's client information, without client's actual consent, as such apparent authority will suffice to bind the client. By acting on the client's behalf, such agent represents and warrants to the client and BaptistHost.net. that the agent is authorized to bind client hereto and that it has fully and thoroughly advised client of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You agree that if you license the use of your domain name to a third party, you remain the domain name holder, and remain responsible for all obligations under this Agreement.

Billing - PLEASE READ
By clicking the submit button, you are hereby granting us permission to charge your credit card number that you gave us at the intervals specified until you send us a cancellation notice 30 days before the next billing date.Payment is automatically processed by PayPal.com or our current Credit Card Processor

You agree that you will keep up with when your next billing date is and be responsible for having the funds available when your card is billed for your next term. Please keep your contact information current.

You agree that you will pay the amount indicated (whether by check or by credit card) on time or we will be forced to suspend and eventually delete your domain from our system. Non-payment will always end up with a domain deletion. You will normally get billed monthly (or yearly according to the plan you chose) on the anniversary date of signing up. If you are having trouble paying your bill, please let us know. Don't just stop communicating with us. I am sure that we can work something out!

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders and Checks drawn on US banks. (Please note: a $50.00 charge applies to returned checks due to insufficient funds)

Remember: We always bill on the anniversary date at the intervals specified. If you purchase a yearly package on 8/1/03 then your next charge will be at 8/1/04 (monthly customers will be billed monthly).Please note that by not cancelling before your billing date, you are agreeing that it is ok to charge your card at that time and we are not responsible for any non sufficient charges or service charges that your account may incur if funds are not available when we charge your account.

Suspension Policy for overdue accounts:

1. Accounts that are 60 days past due will be subject to suspension.
2. New accounts for which payment has not been received are subject to suspension after 10 days.
3. Accounts for which payment is not remitted 10 days past suspension will be deleted from our servers.
4. In the event a customer requires files from a deleted account, a $100 backup fee will apply if a suitable backup can be found. There is no guarantee that a suitable backup will be found after an account has been deleted.
